A Sheep For The People

From farmland entertainer to political activist.

Like most of us,Sheep longed to find meaning in his life and had always dreamed of being a productive member of society. But that dream would often seem an impossible one. Being a minority species in a human-dominated world would challenge his fortitude. Sheep has spent his life preparing to meet that challenge. But is the World ready for a proactive farm animal?

As a lamb, raised by his adoptive human parents, Sheep was unaware he was any different from other children. But his playground interaction with Humans would radically change that perception. It would be the first of many encounters with the dark side of human behavior -- including suffering the indignity of being labeled a "Fritter". (Learn the origins of Fritters.)

In his teens, Sheep displayed a natural artistic talent -- especially for music. Here he found a vehicle in which to express his outrage toward the mistreatment of animals. (Hear Sheep sing.) He also became an accomplished writer and director. But he found the effect of his artistic endeavors too limiting. He wanted a larger audience.

Sheep had focused mainly on humankind's abuse of animal rights. But it wasn't until he discovered a magical theme park -- where all the absurdities of human behavior are exposed -- did he realize a higher calling. For years, Sheep was baffled by the behavior of this "evolved" human species. He observed that Humans continually repeated the same mistakes -- waging war, exploiting the underclass, hoarding their wealth. He believed they could do better but were somehow just not getting the message. Perhaps conveying an animal's worldview would help them realize their full potential. So he decided to take the political plunge into uncharted waters and run for public office.

Today, Sheep's presidential campaign is quickly gaining momentum. His message has already caused many Humans to reflect on their roll on this planet. And however unlikely that he will win the White House, Sheep strongly believes in his mission: to illuminate the vast contradictions in human behavior so that they may someday get back on the evolutionary track.
